By the end of this workshop you will walk away with at least three adventure dreams to
start or add to your bucket list. It will also have given you other ideas to add to it. This
workshop is the first step to live your bucket list.
SESSION 2 Flourishing Mothers: Positive Psychology Coaches

Topic: WOW-being! Allowing wellbeing to be a priority in every aspect of your life
Kate and Debra of Flourishing Mothers will present the business case for wellbeing
in every aspect of a woman’s life. In this practical workshop they’ll offer evidence
based ideas for understanding and developing wellbeing that you can take away for
yourself, your family and your workplace.

Sally Mullinger: Works Manager, Mid-Western Regional Council
Topic: Women in non-traditional roles
Sally is a Chartered Civil Engineer from the UK and is currently employed as the
Works Manager for Mid-Western Regional Council, NSW. With 9 direct reports and
a frontline staff of 80, Sally delivers the annual $25M capital works and maintenance
program for all road and related infrastructure in the Mid-Western Regional local
government area. Prior experience before local government has included working in
the UK and in New Zealand in engineering roles in the private sector primarily dealing
with civil construction and rail engineering.

Donna is the first woman to have held the position of Chief of Local Government
NSW in the association’s 100-year history. Jo is an expert on workforce strategy and
human resources management. Both have distinguished careers in the NSW public
sector. Together they will talk about a new capability framework being developed for
local government in NSW – what it will mean for you and how you can get involved.
