Salary & Benefits To begin with, right from the off, you’ll have a permanent contract and be on a salary of over £22,000 and on successful completion of the 2 year programme you could be earning over £30,000. It’s not all work, of course, as you’ll enjoy over 7 weeks’ holiday to begin with – rising to over 8 weeks’ on successful completion of the Graduate Programme. Of course there’s also the usual benefits: pension, life cover, funding and support to achieve professional banking qualifications, and a range of offerings to look after your wellbeing, etc 11 We’re not looking for just any graduates.
