BESCHREIBUNG DES APARTMENTS:
The apartment is located in a nice garden on the first floor, in the Berliner area
Schönenberg, near the Kurfürstendam, the famous shopping street.
The buliding has an elevator.
It has been renovated completely in september 2011.
A lively cultural scene and nightlife are on your doorstep!
A large and beautiful market (Wittenbergplatz) is in the immediate vicinity, and is
considered one of the most interesting in Berlin.
Wittenbergplatz has also a variety of grocery stores, and bakeries.
The Stylisch Black /White decorated one-room Apartment (37 sqm). has a luxury
kingsize bed (200 x180) with high quality mattresses and a extra Topper.
There is also a sofa-seat bed (200 x 100) to relax.
The apartment has central heating.
You will find a professional and comfortable working area with free internet (WLAN), a
Ipod installation, and a printer.
Is the summer a bit too warm, the ceiling has a design mounted fan which provides the
cooling.
The modern kitchen has a washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, a
refrigerator, a ceramic cooking unit, a coffee machine and a toaster.
There is luxury tableware, glassware and cutlery.
The dining area is overlooking the garden.
The Black and White bathroom has a shower.
Professional bedding and towels from hotel quality and a hair dryer are available.
The Hall has ample storage space for clothing and luggage.
The apartment has also a LED Sony TV (40 inches).
Finally, you have access to a private sunny south-facing balcony overlooking the garden.

From Tegel airport take bus X9 to U-Bahn . Zoologischer Garten, and take there the
underground U2 (direction S + U Pankow) and drive to the U-Bahn. Wittenbergplatz (26
min ride).
From Schönefeld Airport, take the regional train to the U-Bahn. Zoologischer Garten,
change to the U2 (direction S + U Pankow) and drive to U-Bahn. Wittenbergplatz (45 min
ride).
From Central Station take the train and go to the Zoologischer Garten. There you choose
the U2 direction Pankow and get off Wittenbergplatz (14 min ride).
