Congratulations!
You have decided to embark upon an incredible and exciting mission. The Fort Collins
High School Bioscience Career Academy will provide you with the academic foundation
and technical skills that will enable you to continue your education beyond high school
and obtain employment leading to a desirable career!

How to Apply:
1. Use the Application Checklist to manage your application.
2. Complete all parts of the application, including all items on the checklist. You
may access the application and fill it in electronically.
3. Print out your completed application, obtain the required signatures, and
submit it to the BCA director.
4. All parts of the application must be hand delivered to the BCA director or
postmarked by midnight of the due date. (see Timeline for Application)
5. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
6. The two required teacher recommendation forms are confidential and
must be returned to the BCA Director by the teachers by the due date.
7. One of the recommendations must be from a current science teacher.
8. Acceptance decisions are at the sole discretion of the BCA Director.
9. All questions or concerns should be addressed to the BCA Director.
10.
You will notified by the BCA Director to arrange an interview.
11. Application Materials should be submitted by hand to Mrs. Hunter in the FCHS
Science Office or via the USPS.

Application Deadline = Friday January 27, 2017
