wine tastings or unwinding at the end of the day with a bottle of your
favorite wine, beer or special someone. Aged gouda, Brillat Savarin
triple crème, seasonally selected Andante Dairy cheese, Blue and an
aged goat with a variety of accompaniments, from olives to fruit paste.
And of course, sliced baguette!

social gatherings. Add in a little sliced bread, and you’ve got a hassle

3-4 cured meats and 3-4 cheeses, depending upon the size of the board.
The variety of cheese includes hard and soft, as well as a mix of milks.
Nuts, olives, fruits, and spread or paste will round out the flavor profiles,
