Punch Passes. Both Non-Members and Members can also use our Punch Passes for our
Boot Camp.

AQUA CIRCUIT
A deep water workout utilizing fins, kickboards and
other training equipment for a moderate to high
intensity workout. Strength and toning are achieved
through interval and circuit training.
AQUA MIX
Join us in the pool for an ever-changing workout.
Some days she will work you out only in the shallow
end, other days she will use the whole pool for a deep
an shallow workout. All classes will include cardio,
strength and flexibility.
AQUA ZUMBA
Known as the Zumba “pool party,” Aqua Zumba gives
new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout.
Splashing,stretching, twisting, even shouting,
laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during
an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula
and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness
disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a
safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s
cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all,
exhilarating beyond belief. Classes are 45-min.
DEEP WATER JOG
Taught with the aid of a provided flotation belt. Deep
water jogging and other exercise combinations will
strengthen your heart and muscles using underwater
resistance. Modifications will be given for all levels.
HI-LO H2O
Great combo of shallow and deep-water exercises to get
the heart pumping.
JOINT VENTURES*
Designed for members with arthritis, fibromyalgia, or
other neuro-muscular complications. This class focuses
on joint mobility, flexibility, strength and pain
management. Both the shallow and deep end of the pool
are utilized but participants may choose to stay in either
location.
SMOOTH MOVES
Combination of low to moderate intensity shallow and
deep-water exercises to support your heart and muscles!
Low-impact mobility and strengthening exercises are
performed using a variety of equipment like noodles and
dumbbells. Participants are encouraged to utilize both
the shallow and deep end of the pool, but are welcome to
stay in either location. Modifications will be given for all
levels of fitness.
THE WORKS
This class will give you a little bit of everything: deep
water, shallow water, noodles and weights...all the
works! A solid well-rounded workout that is sure to get
your heart rate up!
ABOUT OUR TWO POOLS
Our Aloupis Pool is kept at normal pool
temperature (81-82oF) and our Means Pool is
kept at a warmer temperature (86-87oF), making
it our Therapeutic Pool and very popular with our
youth and families.
Both of our pools are also available for Lap/Rec
Swim during Open Swim times! Stop by the
Welcome Center for our current schedule.
