INTRODUCTION
Inspired by a life surrounded by coffee and Italian culture it had long been a
dream of Marco Costa to manage his own coffee business.
Caffè Torelli is the realisation of that dream bringing to life the passion for food and
drink for which he and his family have become so renowned.
In 2001 the Caffè Torelli coffee roasting business was born supplying quality coffee to the
wholesale, catering, retail and across domestic markets. Within a short period of time, the business has
generated an enormous amount of interest from all areas of the industry.
Caffé Torelli brings the very best in speciality coffee to the high street consumer and has already enjoyed
rave reviews from its growing customer base reaching across Central and Eastern European countries.

PERLA BIANCA A fine blend, medium bodied medium/dark roasted
with a clean and round sensation, vivid and fragrant. Described in one
word by our customers as “Smooth” coffee. Our most popular blend!
FAIRTRADE ORGANIC COFFEE A Blend of the highest quality beans,
imported through. The Fairtrade Organization that “guarantees a better deal for
Third World Producers”. These beans are medium dark roasted to bring out the
overall mélange of aroma, acidity and body.
PERLA ARABICA A blend of Highest Quality Arabica (100%) Coffee Beans.
Medium Roasted, with a round, mellow and smooth taste.
PERLA BAR Potent, dark roast intensity with a complex chocolate-like smell. Slightly bitter with a
clean and smooth feel. Plenty of body.
PERLA DECAFF 100% Colombian Decaffeinated Arabica beans, dark roasted with a round and smooth taste.
• All Soft packs incorporate a special 1-way valve which guarantees that the coffee maintains its fresh roasted quality for longer.
• Beans packed in 1kg bags, 6 bags per box.
• Retail packs available in 250g tins, 4 tins per box.
