This Achievement Card is required for district team selection and district trophies.

*AWARDING OF DISTRICT TROPHIES*
*BASIS FOR DISTRICT TEAMS SELECTION*
*SHOW JUMPING CUP and SJ Teams*
All Pony Club events in the Waitemata/Rodney Area, including the Woodhill Shows (excluding ESNZ shows)
& Waitemata Showjumping mini circuit and the District Show Jumping day can count towards points. These are
also the criteria for the selection of the District Team to go to Cambridge. For Cambridge selection only points
at the appropriate Cambridge heights will count. Reserves are selected for inclusion to compete at Cambridge
but are not guaranteed a place in a team as this is at the discretion of the Cambridge SJ Organising Committee to
place reserves in teams as Draft Riders.
*ONE DAY EVENTS*
All Pony Club events in the Waitemata/Rodney Area can count towards points.
*DRESSAGE CUP*
All Pony Club (not NZEF) dressage events in the Waitemata/Rodney Area can count towards points. These
points are also the criteria for the selection of the District Dressage team to compete at Area. Points to be scored
as at Introductory level. Dressage placings at an ODE do not count towards points.
*SHOWHUNTER CUP*
All pony club events in the Waitemata Rodney area Show Hunter days including Waitemata Show Hunter
Group, can count towards points. Other Show hunter classes run under the auspices of the show hunter rules
may count. This is also the criteria for the selection of the district team for Fielding. Points are to be scored as
Intro. For Fielding selection – only points at the appropriate Fielding heights are to count. CAT A 60cm, CAT B
80cm, CAT C 90cm and Hacks 90cm. Maximum 2 riders per category.
For this team a selection may be held. Your branch team selectors will advise you of this.
*RIBBON DAYS*
All events attended in the Waitemata/Rodney area can count towards points. Points are scored as laid out in the
points system.
*GAMES CUP*
This is decided at the Kumeu District Games Day. Points are to be the total individual points from the day. In
the event of a tie the points from the Area Selection Day are counted. If there is still a t then the points from the
Inca Cup day are counted and used for the Games Cup Winner.
*RULES AND REGULATIONS*

◊ Members must be financial
◊ District reserves the right to issue Demerit points for un sportsmanlike behaviour
