our 2017 home for all of our music cruise programs. Now that we have sailed on the ship and started to program
each of the cruises, we are more excited than ever about our upcoming sailings on Celebrity Summit and we feel
that this is a great time for us to share with you our vision of how we will utilize the ship for our music programs.

The new venues hit the right note—from intimate lounges to the 1000+ seat Celebrity
Theater, the joint’s jammin’ from when the day breaks to ‘round midnight and beyond...
The ultramodern Revelations Lounge strikes a chord, with spectacular views, a stunning
bar to satisfy any thirst, and a collection of comfortable seating choices. The ambiance is
pure nightclub, a truly dynamic place where you’ll find most of our very late night activities.

of our ample seating areas, and
the ambiance and views are
spectacular.
In the horseshoe-shaped
Cosmopolitan Restaurant, the ocean
is the backdrop, through giant glass
windows, two decks high. Serving
as the main dining room for lunch
and dinner, on some afternoons and
after the sun sets, you’ll find we’ve
added some exciting new afternoon
performances and events and fabulous
cabaret style performances late into
the evening, with “supper club” menus
and drink selections.
One focal point in the center of the ship is the Grand Foyer which is spread over three decks and will
set the mood most afternoons and evenings for the cruises as we feature smaller groups, interesting
discussions and music geared to accompany the activities on the ship. Its location and ability to
permeate many decks makes this venue both exciting and fun to program.
Whether they’re accompanying a glorious sunrise, harmonizing under the moon, or vibing into the wee
hours, the artists brought onboard by Entertainment Cruise Productions ensure a serene soundtrack
surrounds you, vaulting your vacation into the stratosphere.

while floating… The idea of two main dining times,
with nightly dress codes and formalities, is a thing of
the past. On the Summit, how you eat, when you eat,
and where you eat is entirely your call!

Here are the restaurants that are included in your cruise fare. The only
charge you may incur at one of these restaurants would be for bottled
beverages (alcoholic or
non-alcoholic). Coffee,
tea and juices are
complimentary.
Sheer sophistication
is served at the
Cosmopolitan
Restaurant, a two-level
restaurant with a grand,
sweeping staircase,
exhilarating Art Decomeets-Modern decor, and
panoramic views through a
glass wall two decks high.
◆ Breakfast offers open seating from 8:00am—9:30am. Enjoy eggs
benedict, waffles, omelets and more of your favorites here.
◆ Lunch at The Cosmopolitan is served on certain specified days,
between noon and 1:00 p.m.
◆ Dinner is yours anytime between 5:45pm and 9:00pm. You’re free to
decide whether you’d like to dine with your own party or at a mixed table
with other guests. You can make reservations, or simply show up when
you’re ready to eat (however, lines can and will form if you don’t make a
reservation!). The menu offers both traditional high-end restaurant fare
and more modern selections. Gluten-free, vegetarian, no-sugar-added and
lactose-free menu choices are marked.

Healthy, delicious cuisine is creatively conceived
at the innovative AquaSpa Café. Enjoy an eclectic
menu, full of flavor and good for you! Complimentary
breakfast offerings include organic breads, freshly
made jams, juices, parfaits, and omelets. (Selection of
smoothies and premium bottled waters also available
at an additional charge.) On the lunch list: Soup,
salads, an organic poached fruits bar, a la carte main
dishes and even desserts.

Peer through the portholes in the floor of the
Oceanview Café and watch the water while you dine!
There’s something for everyone here, with buffet-style
breakfast, lunch and dinner selections from around

antipasti, stir fry, salad bar and more, offered from the
time you roll out of bed until it’s past your bedtime.
Try the British bangers & mash, or Indian curries.
And the pure happiness that is the Café’s ice cream
bar, with an abundance of freshly-baked cookies and
toppings like Reese’s Pieces and Sour Patch Kids.
You’ve staked out the perfect poolside real
estate. You can’t bear to leave your chair, even
when hunger calls. The Pool Grill’s got you
covered, with “Daily Special” burgers, hot dogs,
fries and side salads. In addition, chicken—one
day’s special may feature Jerk Chicken, the next
day you might find Sweet Thai to go with that Mai
Tai. Drip on over daily from 11:30am - 5:30pm.

influences fill the menu and this restaurant fills quickly
