The Team Members
David Poulin is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. His experience comes
from over 20 years in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Mr. Poulin was associated with Bear
Stearns, Robertson Stephens and Hambrecht & Quist. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 31 licenses , and is insurance licensed.
Mr. Poulin earned a B.S. from Plymouth State University. He holds the holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®)
designation, the Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®) designation from The Investment Management Consultants Association and the
Senior Investment Management Consultant designation at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
Mr. Poulin works closely with clients to assess financial objectives and customize advanced wealth planning and investment strategies.
David also analyzes and selects all traditional outside money managers and products along with developing ,designing and constructing
overall portfolios for families and institutions.
Joseph Verri is a Vice President of Wealth Management and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Mr. Verri has more than 10
years of industry experience, spending several years at A.G. Edwards & Sons, before joining Morgan Stanley Smith Barney’s predecessor
firm in 2007. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 31 licenses and is insurance licensed.
Mr. Verri graduated from the Charlton School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Finance. He also holds the Financial Planning Specialist designation within the firm. Joe provides guidance in areas of executive
compensation, company sponsored retirement plans and advanced insurance planning, among other comprehensive planning areas. He is
actively involved in new business development within the team’s focus areas of institutions, corporate executives, business owners and
high net worth families.
David Clayman is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. David has 13 years of
experience in the financial services industry, having spent his entire career with UBS and PaineWebber before joining Morgan Stanley Smith
Barney in 2009. He holds FINRA Series 3, 7, 63 and 66 licenses as well as the firm’s Financial Planning Specialist designation.
He is a Chartered Market Technician (CMT) as well as a candidate for the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation in 2010
David focuses on managing risk and opportunities for clients in the financial markets. He utilizes both fundamental and technical market
analysis. His experience and expertise in alternatives strategies like commodities, hedge funds, managed futures and options provide our clients
with an additional layer of analysis and the development of advanced strategies when managing risk and opportunity. David analyzes all
alternative investment managers along with using sophisticated technical analysis to provide tactical asset allocation recommendations.

Kimberly Van Winkle is a Senior Registered Associate and has been in the financial services industry for 13 years, having joined
Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 2009 after 11 years of service at UBS and PaineWebber and 1 year with JP Morgan. She holds her
FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Kim manages all administrative and service functions for The Bay Colony Group.
Kimberly graduated from Framingham State College in 1996 with a BA in Communications, concentration in Corporate
Communications.
