New Single Mention View
NEW SINGLE MENTION VIEW: Overview
•  The Single Mention view is the window that appears when you click on a mention
either from the Mentions & Search component or from the mentions popup that
appears in other components
•  The new Single Mention view contains all the same information and functionality
as the previous version but has been updated to make it easier to read, easier to
use and faster

The mentions details area shows:
• 
The title of the mention (from the web page where the mention was found) (1)
• 
A snippet of the area on the page that matched your Query (2)
• 
The mention URL (3)
• 
Metrics relating to the page the mention was found (4)

The actions and navigation bar has buttons allowing you to:
• 
Enable or disable keyboard shortcuts (hover over the button for a guide to the shortcuts available) (1)
• 
Star a mention (2)
• 
Share a mention via Twitter or Facebook (3)
• 
Add a note to a mention (4)
• 
Report a mention as spam (5)
• 
Delete a mention (6)
• 
Navigate between mentions (forward and backward) (7)
• 
Mark the mention as “checked” and proceed to the next mention (8)
• 
You can exit the single mention view by clicking on the ‘x’ (9)

NEW SINGLE MENTION VIEW: Classification Panel

The mention classification panel allows you to assign a
particular Sentiment to your mention (1), organise your
mentions into Categories (2), Tag your mentions (3) and
access Workflow features (4).

The Mention Preview (1) shows the mention as it appears on the page where it was found.
• 
The border for the Mention Preview is either green, grey or red depending on the sentiment of
the mention itself (to represent positive, neutral or negative sentiment respectively)
• 
Use the search box (2) to search within the page
