Falu always has and increasingly
does pay attention to the
environment in the
following ways:
Swab machines
•We build long lasting robust machines with a 30 years
plus life span. One of our targets of the development
strategy is the protection of customers investment.
Wherever possible and feasible we endeavour to make
modules and enhancements backwards compatible thus
protecting investments and resource. This means, for
example, that our draft module can be fitted to all the
previously sold machines. This is even valid for machines
of our fellow competitors provided that the integration
is carried out by our customers.

•Our carrier system is ideally suited to work with ecologically friendly, compostable cotton swabs where stems are
made of paper, wood or even bamboo

•Our packaging machines, especially the SQB-2A, are well
suited to pack ecofriendly raw material like cardboard

hard on this project and expect to deliver results in time for
