SHERWOOD ~ NOTTINGHAM: 60 YEARS OF ARCHERY
Become a part of the Annual Sherwood Robin Hood Festival by participating in our parade – a classic tradition for
over 60 years. Everyone from youth groups to local businesses is invited to participate in this community oriented
parade that weaves throughout downtown Sherwood.
The parade takes place on Saturday morning, July 16, 2016 – start time for the parade is at 10:00am SHARP.
Because of the size and popularity of the parade, you need to be “pre-registered”. Check in will be available any
time after 7am. Our Check in and registration booth will be on the street in front of Walmart’s entrance. We will
be sending you a map of “about” where you will be located in the parade route) Judging will start at 8:15AM.
Please read the attached parade rules for additional information and category descriptions. There is no
registration fee this year – however, a $10 donation is suggested. You can mail us a check, pay by “Pay Pal”, or
