somewhere very different from the norm.

Business meetings Our Symbiose meeting room in the heart of our forest, is fully equipped
for business meetings, team building and other corporate gatherings. We are only 15 minutes
from Sherbrooke, but we offer a complete change of scenery that can boost productivity and
stimulate creativity, far from outside distractions.
Teambuilding packages Time to offer your work team a change of scenery! To boost a
sense of solidarity within your group, encourage your employees to get to know themselves and
their colleagues a little better, or simply to have fun, Randonnées Jacques Robidas offers three
options: 1. The Woodsman package The main objective of this activity is to allow your team
to enjoy a change of scene in the heart of our wooded site. This half-day package includes a
hike through the woods, an orientation test, erecting a makeshift camp and getting together

will allow members of your staff to enjoy an entertaining experience away from the world of

3-hour introduction to horseback riding in the outdoors and winds up with a get together around

The meeting room can
accommodate 70 participants. It has a terrace where attendees can enjoy warm, sunny days
and a fireplace to counteract the cool, winter weather. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art
multimedia system including a 72” screen and a professional level projector.
If you are looking for a more intimate setting for a business meeting, then our two eco-chalets
will fit the bill! These rustic chalets also serve as meeting spaces, accommodating groups of up
to 14 people. Like Symbiose, they each have a terrace and a fireplace, with a homey ambience
that helps you get off the daily treadmill and nourish your creative juices.
Whether you opt for renting one of our chalets or the Symbiose meeting room, full cooking
facilities will be at your disposal, but you can also use the services of an outside caterer.

CORPORATE AND SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
Year round, at the Centre d’Équitation Jacques Robidas, our horses are on hand to give
groups of children and adolescents a learning activity that they certainly won’t forget.
Horses are awesome animals, but they can be surprisingly gentle with adults and toddlers,
children with disabilities and even unruly teenagers. For youngsters, learning how to
communicate with a horse is a powerful experience that helps them to develop confidence and
self-awareness.
For an educational and fun outing in the great outdoors, we offer a day of initiation to the
world of horses. It includes:
- 30-minute training session on horse psychology
- 30-minute grooming session to teach children how to approach the horses for the very first
time
- 1hr30min session on how to mount correctly, followed by a ride in the outdoors
