Responsible for leading the preparation of daily entrees,
with knowledge of culinary ingredients. Required to
develop menus, create prep lists, train station team, prepare
ingredients and cook according to established guidelines.
Experience as a lead cook or kitchen manager is preferred.
Dishwasher
Responsible for working in the kitchen and washing dishes
while also cleaning and maintaining a sanitary kitchen. Ability
to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended
periods of time. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Sous Chef
Responsible for executing gourmet, innovative cuisine.
Partners with the Chef to develop, coordinate and formulate
consistency in a changing menu. Strong knowledge of seasonal
ingredients and culinary trends are essential. Mentors and
develops the culinary team to ensure a collaborative work
environment. Experience as a kitchen manger, Sous Chef
or Chef-de-Cuisine is a must.
Executive Chef
Exhibits a passion for cooking high quality food and service,
while assisting with management of the kitchen. Must be detail
oriented and willing to mentor fellow cooks. Ability to work
flexible hours in an upbeat, fast-paced environment. Previous
experience required.
Fine Dining Server
Responsible for taking orders and serving meals. Sets, clears
and cleans tables for events while also performing inventory
management of linens, cutlery, napkins and condiments.
