recommendation based solely on Conducive
Conditions are eligible for a WDI Suppression
Treatment that includes a 1 year transferrable
warranty for Subterranean Termites & Carpenter
Ants for only $249.00. This treatment eliminates
the need to correct conducive conditions and
includes a new clear WDI report.
Homes that receive a recommendation based on
an active or previous infestation will receive a
treatment proposal Between $300-$700 that
includes a 1 year warranty. Please review and
forward this important information to your
Realtor and/or mortgage lender.
Homes that receive no recommendation for treatment are eligible for
a whole house warranty (starting at $150) that covers the cost of
treatment should a hidden or new live infestation be discovered in the
home within 1 year. This offer is valid up to 60 days after your initial
report was issued.
Buyers should read the “Scope of Inspection” disclosure language on the WDI
form. This report is NOT a warranty as to the absence of wood destroying insects
or damage of any kind.
