Test Days!
Skaters must be members in good standing of the School and take lessons from one of the Coaches on the staff
to be eligible for test days. Each skater trying a test will be charged a $5.00 administration fee for test days. All
fees to be payable in cash.

Registration:!
Skaters must book lessons with one of the Coaches on the Professional Staff of the School. Prior to completing
the registration form, please check with your Coach to ensure his/her availability. A parent or guardian must
sign the application form. A test permission form is required from your home Club if you are not a Brant Skating
Club member before trying tests.!

Payment in full of all registration fees must accompany the application.!
Spring School Deadline:
March 3, 2017!
Summer School Deadline: June 2 2017!
Fall School Deadline:
August 1, 2017!

Confirmations of skating times will be forwarded approximately two weeks prior to the commencement of each

OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS:!
Applications for 2017 will not be accepted until any outstanding balances from 2016 have been paid in full.!
INJURIES:!
non-skating injuries will not be eligible for refunds!
**SKATING INJURIES ** will be determined on an individual basis and refund will be determined on the amount
of ice loss.!

MINIMUM ENROLMENT:!
All sessions are subject to a minimum enrolment. Some sessions may be cancelled due to late registrations
and enrolment may be limited. Forms must be received by the deadline to ensure confirmation of requested sessions.!

DISHONOURED CHEQUE POLICY:!
There will be a charge of $20.00 for any dishonoured cheque.!

Three Seasons Skating School Inc. is not liable for injuries, accidents or other occurrences either on or off the ice.
Three Seasons Skating School Inc. is not responsible for failure to supply ice due to mechanical defect or failure,
strike or walk out, negligence or oversight of the employees of the arena (or of the employees of any other facilities or about which programs my be offered by Three Seasons School Inc.), fire or other casualty, act of God, or
any other cause beyond the control of Three Seasons Skating School Inc.!
