Regulations (Amendment)

I, WILLIAM MICHAEL H O D G M A N , the Minister of State for the Capital
Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic
Ordinance 1936.

Commencement
1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 4 May 1981.
Premium rates
2. Regulation 16 of the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations
is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "$150.00" and substituting
"$157.00".
First Schedule
3. The First Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance)
Regulations is amended by omitting Part II and substituting the following

Second Schedule
4. The Second Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance)
Regulations is amended—
(a) by omitting from the instructions for Part 1 in Form 0 "2 tons"
(wherever occurring) and substituting "2 tonnes";
(b) by omitting from the instructions for Part 1 in Form 0 "250" (twice
occurring) and substituting "600"; and
(c) by omitting from the instructions for Part 1 in Form 0 "125" (twice
occurring) and substituting "300".
