Pandas are listed as endangered animals.
There are about 1,600 pandas left in the
world. More then 160 pandas are found
in zoos, or breeding centers which are
mostly found in China. Help save a
panda by joining programs, raising
money for more equipment and other
helpful things.

WHAT IS THIS ALL ABOUT?
You might be wondering what this is
about. Well this brochure is all about panda’s
habitats, food diet, interesting facts all
that stuff. This brochure isn’t made just
for facts it’s also made to tell you that pandas are endangered and that we should do
something. Many people have been trying
there best but we still need more help.
Pandas are part of this world, there
part of nature. If we don’t help they will all
soon to disappear. These animals are a
beauty of nature. It will be a great shame to
us if we lose them. Also there part of the
ecosystem. Hopefully you will read more and
help those pandas.
WHERE DO THEY LIVE?
Pandas live up in the high mountains.
They live in cold and rainy forests, which usually
are misty and are
covered with heavy
clouds. They can live
up
in the high mountains
with the range of
5000 to 10000ft.
They also live in
broadleaf and coniferous forests. Pandas used to live on

WHAT DO THEY EAT?
Pandas mostly eat bamboo leaves,
but they also eat meat but only if they find
it dead and
plus it only
happens
rarely. This

SIZE, LIFE SPAN
Pandas can usually grow up to 5-6 feet tall.
Male panda bears are larger than females so
they can weigh up to 250 pounds, females will
weigh up to 220 pounds. Many scientist don’t
know how long a panda can live, but some Chinese scientists have
figured that they can
live up to the age of
35.
