MINI–GUIDE: Add Online Booking to your Facebook page
Be where your clients are! Add Online Booking to your Facebook page.
Please ensure you are logged into your personal Facebook page and have admin permissions to the
business page.
Step 1: Go to https://apps.facebook.com/iframehost/

Step 2: Click the ‘Install Page Tab’ button in the middle of the page
Step 3: Then click the ‘Choose Facebook Pages’ drop down from the middle of the page, this will list
any pages you have admin access to. Select the page you want to add the booking tab to and click
the ‘Add Page Tab’ button.

Step 4: Now click onto ‘settings’
Step 5: Apply the appropriate settings based on below and click the ‘Save Settings’ button at the
bottom.
Note: Before you start you’ll need a ‘book now’ button, check out our button options on our support
page called “select your Online Booking button for Facebook”. Click onto the button you like and
then right-click on the image and save it. Remember where on your computer you saved this and
then select this file in the ‘Tab Image’ section of the settings above.
Click ‘Change Tab Image’ and click the
‘Choose’ File button to find the image on
your computer that you would like
displayed on the booking tab
Customise what you would like displayed
when clients share this tab with other
friends
Select ‘URL’ and enter the URL of your
Online Booking site.
Important: at the end of this URL type:
/login?fb=true
Example:
http//www.kitomba.com/bookings/alsalon/login?fb=true
Leave all of these set to ‘Off’
Specify a name for the new tab
e.g Book Now
Save Settings

Step 6: Now return back to your page and you will see the new tab, click onto the tab and it will
open your Online Booking page.
