During this period, the following public participation activities were undertaken: 1. The reports were distributed in hardcopy to numerous government departments, key stakeholders and I&APs. 2. Hard copies of the report were distributed to public locations where they could be accessed by the public. The reports were made available at the following locations: a. b. c. d.
