INTRODUCTION
The public review period for the Draft Environmental Impact Assessment Report and associated
specialist studies and Draft Environmental Management Plan ran for 30 days between Wednesday
29 April and Monday 1 June 2015. During this period, the following public participation activities were
undertaken:
1. The reports were distributed in hardcopy to numerous government departments, key
stakeholders and I&APs.
2. Hard copies of the report were distributed to public locations where they could be accessed
by the public. The reports were made available at the following locations:

3. The report was uploaded to the CES website.
4. Public meetings were held on the following days:
