In beautiful Bergslagen with never ending woods, full of
wildlife and many lakes, lies the old mine owner’s
residence Spiktorp.
The residence consists of a number of beautiful timbered
houses which have been renivated to protect and improve
the old county style, but they are still equipped with every
modern convenience. It has a major influence of pinewood
flooring and timbered walls which are visible.
The residence which is from the 19th century is situated
high up giving a rare and beautiful view of lake Stora
Hällsjön.
Between the residence and the lake is a hill covered with
birch and a golf training complex with its central green at
the disposal of our guests.
Spiktorp is situated between two golf courses which are of
great natural beauty. (distance 30km.).

A totally own Berslags croft in the forest, the oldest in the
parish from 1650.

Down by the lake, only 200m. from the residence, you will
find a bathing jetty, beach hut and rowboats/canoes/el.
motor /dinghy. We own four lakes where you can fish
perch and pike. Boats and fishing are free for our guests.
Put and take fishing can be done to a fee in near by lakes.
Facilities at the disposal of our guests are: washing
machines, dryers, ironing equipment, hair dryer, vacuum
cleaner, badminton, crocket bowls, dart …….
Every house have satellite dishes (Astra). House 1-6 can
also look at central film channel.
Normally the woods are rich with berries and mushrooms
during late summer.

8. Beachhouse (4 beds 20 m2)

The beachhouse is only 2 meters from the lake. Dry
closett, outside shower, 20 meters to shared sauna. There
is a community Waschäuschen with washing machines,
dryers, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum
cleaner, golf, badminton, buole and other games. The
house has its own satellite receiver (Astra). The boats and
the fishing is included. Game fish can be seen in several
lakes in the area. In summer, many wild berries in the
woods and later you can collect mushrooms.
