Outright bequest, restricted as to purpose: "I give, devise, and bequeath to A LITTLE HELP, INC., a nonprofit corporation duly existing under the laws of the State of Colorado and located in the city of Denver, Denver County, Colorado, (% of estate or $ amount) to be used for ________________ 3. Bequest of residuary estate: "All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal property of whatever kind and wheresoever situated, which I may own at the time of my death, I give, devise, and bequeath to A LITTLE HELP, INC., c non-profit corporation duly existing under the laws of the State of Colorado and located in the city of Denver, Denver County, Colorado, to be used for the general benefit of A LITTLE HELP, INC. (or for other purpose specified by the testator ) In the drafting of all devises and bequests having a restricted purpose, A LITTLE HELP, Inc. respectfully requests the donor and his/her attorney to incorporate a "saving clause." No one can anticipate beyond a few years the changes and developments which may occur at A LITTLE HELP, Inc. A saving clause might read as follows: "If at the time this devise and bequest is received by A LITTLE HELP, INC., or at any time thereafter, the Directors of A LITTLE HELP, Inc. determine that all or part of said devise and bequest can no longer be utilized to best advantage for the purpose designated herein, then all or any part of devise and bequest may be used for such other purpose which, in the sole discretion of said Directors, shall most closely carry out my intention."
