Public Forum- Any member of the public may address the Board on matters within the
Board’s jurisdiction and not scheduled for consideration at this meeting.

Public Hearing regarding a proposed resolution to grant another designated period for
awarding two years additional service credit to certain job classifications.
During the public hearing I will disclose the cost of the additional employer contributions.
Government Code Section 7507 requires the costs to provide the benefit be made public
at a public meeting at least two weeks prior to the adoption of the Resolution. I will also
provide estimated salary savings over a five-year period. The Resolution granting
another designated period for awarding two years additional service credit will be
considered at the December 20, 2016 Board Meeting.

Presentation of Manager’s Report.
The printed Manager’s Report will be included in the Board Packet. I will report on the
operational and administrative actions of the District including West Nile Virus activity.

a. Reports from Staff who attended the MVCAC Fall Meeting in Monterey, CA from
October 26 – 28.
Assistant Manager Bondi and Manager Inman will report on their activities while
attending the MVCAC Fall Meeting.
