After 38 years Lorenzo, seen here with our president Tim Moran and Sheriff Brad Streube, Retires……. Lorenzo’s relationship with NAMI Manatee is one of repeat appearances/ performances. It all began more than a decade ago when he first signed up to manage the 40-hour Crisis Intervention Training, offered by NAMI and Manatee Glens. Subsequently, Lorenzo has been an enlightening and entertaining Guest Speaker. As a result of our "getting to know him", Ann Jerman and Linda Davis eventually asked Lorenzo to be one of our male models at an upcoming fashion show fund-raiser. His appearance was so well-received that he modeled for us three times in a row. He was/is the only individual to have modeled for us more than once. All of us in NAMI Manatee have appreciated his support of our organization and our endeavors.
