Registration and choice filling for Pharmacy Courses – NEUT 2016
1. Process of registration and choice filling for Pharmacy Courses will be different as compared to
Engineering and Architecture Courses.
2. Registration and choice filling for Pharmacy will be a combined process (different from
Engineering and Architecture courses where Registration and Choice filling are separate process).
3. There will be a separate link available on CSAB NEUT 2016 website csab.nic.in for Registration
and Choice filling process for Pharmacy Courses.
4. On Clicking the link for registration and choice filling for Pharmacy Courses, candidates will be
displayed a set of T&C and Instructions to which they need to select agree.
5. After Clicking “I Agree” button on instruction page, Candidate will land up at registration &
choice filling page which consists of majorly four segments.
a. Candidate Details:Please enter Full Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name and Date of Birth.
b. Complete Mailing Address: Enter the complete mailing address details as per actuals.
All communication will be made using this address only.
c. Domicile & Category Details: Please be very careful while filling this section as this will
decide your eligibility towards participation in NEUT 2016. Candidates will have to select
the Gender, State of Domicile, Category, (sub category if applicable), PwD status, aggregate
% marks in qualifying +2 examinations. Candidates will have to upload supporting document
for State of Domicile, Category, (sub category if applicable), PwD status, aggregate % marks
in qualifying +2 examinations. Additionally candidates will need to upload document
supporting their Date of Birth. Candidates will be able to view the uploaded certificate by
clicking on the view certificate link.
d. Fourth section is for filling up of choices. Candidates will be able to see available set of
choices for their respective states. (Please note that this time NEUT has Pharmacy seats for
Andaman & Nicobar, Arunachal Pradesh, Daman & Diu, Dadra Nagar Haveli, Manipur, and
Meghalaya& Nagaland only).
i. For each of the available choices there will be a corresponding Text Box.
ii. Candidates need to fill the number against choices which should be their order of
preference (Lowest Number i.e. 1 for the first choice where they wish to take
admission at First and so on)
6. On submission of registration and choice filling form, Review page will be available to candidates
which candidates are strongly advised to review each and every information they have entered.
7. While reviewing if the candidate wishes to edit some of information, they may do so by clicking
on Edit Credentials Button.
8. After review once satisfied with all entered information as correct, candidate will have to click on
save and final submit button to which a confirmation message will be displayed. Candidate will have
to click YES if they wish to confirm the registration (Candidate may still go back to editing the
information by clicking on NO). Once clicked on YES, form will be submitted and no change will be
allowed further.
9. After Successful submission of form, a confirmation page will be displayed to the candidate.
10. Candidate can view the filled form with “system generated roll no”.They can also take a print out
of the submitted form by clicking “profile” link.
