ontheRun.Thethird‐partyserviceprovidersmaycollectyourbankorcreditcard
informationifyousubmitapayment,butthatinformationisnotpassedontoGirls
ontheRun.Thethirdpartiesconformtoinformationsecurityindustrystandardsfor
onlinesales.
Wealsouseathird‐partyserviceprovidertocollectinformationneededtoconduct
backgroundchecksonourvolunteers(e.g.,dateofbirthandsocialsecurity
number).Thisthird‐partyserviceproviderconformstoinformationsecurity

information,enrolledinourprograms,volunteered,ormadeanonlinepaymentor

identifyinginformationofenrolledparticipantsandvolunteersissharedwithGirls
ontheRunInternationalforrecordkeepingandqualityassurancepurposes.
Personallyidentifyinginformationofenrolledparticipantsissharedwithour
volunteercoachesintheformofteamrostersthatincludetheparticipant’sname,
emergencycontactinformation,healthhistoryandotherinformationdirectly
relatedtoparticipationintheprogram.
AsAggregateData:Wemayaggregatedataandshareitwiththirdparties,
includingothercouncils,sponsors,donors,andcommunityrepresentatives,orwith
GirlsontheRunInternational,afterpersonallyidentifiableinformationhasbeen
removed.
AsRequiredByLaw:AttimesGirlsontheRunmayberequiredbylaworlitigation
todisclosepersonallyidentifyinginformation.Ifwearerequiredtodosobylaw,or
webelieve,ingoodfaith,thatsuchadisclosureisnecessarytocomplywiththelaw,

WhilecertainGirlsontheRunservicesadvertisedonthiswebsitemaybedesigned
forchildren,thewebsiteitselfisnotdesignedforortargetedtochildrenunderthe
ageof13,andGirlsontheRunwillneverknowinglycollecttheinformationofa
childundertheageof13throughthewebsiteunlesssuchinformationissubmitted
bythatchild’sparentorguardianinconnectionwithsuchGirlsontheRunservices.
AnyinformationsubmittedtoGirlsontheRunaboutachildundertheageof13by
anyoneotherthanthatchild’sparentorguardianwillbedeleted.Anyinformation
thatGirlsontheRunreasonablybelievesoriginatedfromachildundertheageof13
