Annie’s opened its doors at 5 N. Union Street on September 1, 2013. As a family business, Annie’s
is operated by sisters Julienne & Amy, who are chef-trained, and Christine who is the “front of the
House personality.” The girls started their careers with their mother Debra; developing a prepared
food department for an upscale supermarket in Yardley, PA. Annie’s also offers their catering services
to events in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Their passion for food came from their grandmother Annie,
who was a tremendous cook and their main inspiration.
“When we came to Lambertville and asked the previous owner which bank she used, we were
introduced to The Bank of Princeton. The staff is so welcoming, gracious, and most of all… helpful and
encouraging. Annie’s has only been with the bank for three and a half weeks but we decided to sign a
