There will be an important meeting for all interested high school girls basketball players Wednesday, October
5th, in room 107 during lunch. We will be discussing practice times and the game schedule, so it is vital that you
attend this practice.
Yale College will hold an information session for interested students and their families on Tuesday, October 18,
at 7 P.M. at Flagstaff High School. The representative from Yale will discuss academic programs, residential
college and campus life, admissions, and financial aid. For more information, check the bulletin board outside
of the Guidance Department or speak with Mr. Fredette or Mrs. Compain.
Seniors interested in attending the Arizona State University campus tour please turn in your trip release forms
before October 5th.
Sign-ups for intramural soccer will be held this week ONLY, so get your team together ASAP. Space is limited to
the first 8 teams to sign up and pay. Seven players will play on each side, and the cost is $10. Games will be
held on Tuesday through Thursday. We will play a double elimination tournament. If you are interested, get
the roster sheets from the main receptionist’s desk and turn them in to Mr. Mueller or Mr. Johnson with the
money. Games will start next week on Tuesday, October 11.
Save the date! Our Homecoming is Saturday, October 8th, from 7-10pm. Homecoming will be held in the gym
in Old Main. Our theme this year is “Seaside Homecoming!” It’s sure to be a fabulous time!
SPIRIT DAYS!! Help celebrate Homecoming week. Please remember that dress code requirements will still be
enforced…no spaghetti straps, ripped jeans, etc.

Seniors that are interested in attending ASU next year there will be a rep on campus on October 6th to answer
all of your questions about the application process. This meeting is for SENIORS ONLY. Please sign up at the
admin desk.
