Welcome to the Gravity Fields Festival
2012, a festival creatively exploring the
physical sciences and celebrating one
of the world’s greatest thinkers, Sir Isaac
Newton. Centred around the town of
Grantham, Lincolnshire, the festival
promises eight days of inspiring events
for all, including science and arts shows,
exhibitions, talks by leading scientists,
processions... culminating in a spectacular
finale – a ‘Transformation of the Town’ in
Grantham on Friday 28 September.
This programme outlines
the many events taking
place during the festival.
For more detailed
information and to book
tickets for events, go to
www.gravityfields.co.uk.
(Please check website
for event additions or
changes). There are
events for everyone,
from family workshops
to discussions by
leading scientists...
