With LP-KEDER you save more energy. The principle
of construction (air bubbles, keder and profile) is watertight, air-tight, and its insulating action keeps back
between 60 % and 95 % of the heat radiation, thus
leading to a substantial energy saving, concerning the
increased energy costs (resin prices).
RKW ProAgri® guarantees for LP-KEDER a 5-yearsresistance against ultra-violet light degradation (with
120 kly/y).

2. Transparency
LP-KEDER guarantees an even illumination of the entire horticulture. Due to their air bubbles in the inner
layer (approx. 1,000 bubbles per sqm) the incoming
light is scattered causing an even share of diffused radiation. This avoids shade and burning glass effects.
5. Fitting
LP-KEDER can be cut easily with a knife or scissors.
The low weight of the LP-Keder film allows an easy
mounting and exchange of old or defective Keder
sections.
6. Recycling
Polyethylene films can be recycled, are environmentally friendly and can be safely incinerated.
An impressive demonstration of durability after 4 years
weathering. The LP-KEDER film carries three men
without being damaged.

3. Security

LP-KEDER is a synonym for optimum security in the
roofing of greenhouses. Long-term experience shows
that even in bad weather conditions (hailstones, snow
or storms) the horticultural area is very well protected. In Germany, in 1999 the so-called storm “Lothar”
showed how well LP-KEDER covered greenhouses
have stood up to thunderstorms like this.
Notice:
Pesticides based on chlorine and sulphur (in particular
sodium methylisothiocyanide) and its vapours reduce
the useful life of LP Keder.
In the case of soil sterilisation measures, you should proceed strictly in accordance with the application instruction.
Algicides based on quaternary ammonium compounds,
such as “Orbalg“ or “Steinrein“, do not have an adverse
effect on the durability of LP Keder
