What you can expect
Join our team in Shanghai as an expert in Statistics, Mathematics or a Data Scientist
to support the creation and delivery of business insights for various application fields,
such as marketing, production or supply chain management.
o Besides the use of mathematical & statistical methods and models, you will select,
evaluate and implement analytical methods and options.
o You will extract, collate and analyze data from a variety of sources to support
projects from an analytical and methodological point of view.
o In addition, you can leverage knowledge from outside and ensure sustainable
implementation and knowledge transfer.
What we expect
o You have earned a degree in mathematics, statistics, business administration,
economics, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study.
o You have relevant professional experience and a strong background in statistics,
data analysis and design of experiment.
o Preferably, you are well acquainted in dealing with mathematical & statistical model
software (e.g. numerical optimization, neural networks) and programming (e.g. R,
SQL) as well as in working with complex data bases.
o You can communicate effectively in English and enjoy thinking innovatively.
o You are willing to travel up to 10% (incl. overseas) and prefer to work in a
multinational interdisciplinary team.
