empower your mind, your body and your spirit and enable you to evaluate your life from

Additional Information
A non-refundable deposit of R 1000 is required to confirm your reservation. To allow for
adequate planning program reservations must be confirmed before 1 May 2017.
The full balance will then be due by 7 May 2017, failing receipt of which your reservation
may be cancelled.

Why yoga?
Deeply relax and rejuvenate! This is the main reason people come to yoga retreats. It
offers a complete break from your daily responsibilities and allows your mind, body and
spirit to really let go and soak up the beautiful, safe, and relaxing environment, which
gives your true self the opportunity to come to the surface.
People repeatedly comment on how rejuvenated they feel after and how the effect can
last for months!
Be nurtured and cared for in a safe and contained environment! Yoga retreats are
carefully conducted in contained environments. All sessions are optional and the focus is
on providing nurturing and healing. You can yoga, meditate, enjoy healthy food, be
pampered, detox, reconnect with nature, or simply just relax in the beautiful and serene
environment.
Well balanced a program that caters for beginners to advanced students! Whether
you are a yoga beginner or a yoga teacher with an advanced practice, you will benefit
from a retreat.
The yoga part of the program begins with an easy sequence of flowing postures to
strengthen the body, integrating some core strength and balancing postures, and
working with the breath.
Activities include yoga, mornings are a blend of yoga styles, mainly focusing on Vinyasa
style (more fluid yoga working with the breath to release toxins) with attention to
alignment in the poses. Afternoon classes are restorative and taught in a therapeutic
style, bringing harmony to the mind and body.
Personal attention with adjustments and modifications are given to beginners or
participants with special needs.
There’s more?
Chill out! Meditation and regular time-out periods are integrated into the program. There
is also plenty of free time to enjoy the body work treatments available, life coaching
sessions or some well-deserved ‘’me-time’’ to read, spend time in nature, interact with
farm animals, coloring in of therapeutic mandalas, or any activity you use to re-connect
with yourself.
Have fun with like- minded people! It is great to see how supportive and fun a likemined group can have hanging out together. Often similar experiences or needs lead
people to these retreats and you remain free to choose between some quiet time or to
immerse yourself with the group.
Break old habits and create empowering new ones! By making a complete break
from your daily life and engaging in healthy activities you are in an excellent and
supportive environment to empower yourself to release unwanted habits.
Reconnect with the true joy of being alive! The holistic nature of the retreat is
