I started making videos using a flip camera of me teaching brain breaks. I then sent the videos via e-­‐mail to all of our teachers so they could either view them with their class, or view them on their own and then do the activity with their class. Some of the activities used equipment so they just came down to get that equipment if they needed it. I tried to make each video no more than one minute so the teachers wouldn’t have to take too much time to watch them.
