position on the outskirts of the village of Banham.
The house is set back off the road behind hedging

and cider house and it is perhaps best known for

Norfolk between the market towns of Attleborough

and amenities together with a rail link to Cambridge
lies some four miles away. Diss, with a much wider
range of facilities and amenities including a mainline
rail link to London’s Liverpool Street station lies some
seven miles away, (journey time from Diss to London
Liverpool Street approximately 90 minutes). The
city of Norwich is some fifteen miles to the north,
Norwich has a main line rail link and an International
Airport.
Leave Diss on the B1077 signposted Attleborough.
Proceed through the villages of Shelfanger and
Winfarthing and then, on a tight right hand bend, turn
left and proceed towards Banham. After about a mile
