The Faversham
is one of the city’s most
exciting and popular event spaces. It is a multi-purpose venue,
offering a bar, kitchen, outdoor terrace and music and arts spaces. A
former hotel, it is now one of the north’s most famous music venues,
making it one of the city’s favourite alternative Christmas party
venues.
The Faversham offers groups a relaxed and enjoyable party with
great quality food and great selection of festive drinks, cocktails and
craft beers that are all reasonably priced. There is an experienced
creative and logistical team in-house, who can offer guidance and
support on every aspect of your events.
We have three individual rooms that are available for hire, as well as
our very own pop-up festive-themed ski lodge – Off Piste - which is
located on our terrace!
The Main Room (Up to 500 people)
With a Funktion 1 system, ambient lighting and optional staging, we can guarantee a great
party atmosphere.
The Conservatory (Up to 150 people standing, up to 60 people seated)
The most popular room at The Fav, the conservatory is unique and different to any other
venue in Leeds. It is particularly impressive at night when lit by fairy lights. It comes with its
own bar and entrance.
Lounge
(Up to 70 people standing, up to 40 people seated)
This Victorian room with original period features, bay window and high ceiling is great for
smaller parties.

A festive themed pop-up
ski lodge from The Fav
Following the success of last year’s festive
teepee, we are pleased to introduce Off-Piste
– our very own festive themed pop-up ski
lodge.
Styled as an après-ski alpine wonderland, it is
a unique and unforgettable place to have your
Christmas party in Leeds.
Located on our terrace, Off-Piste comes with
its own bar serving up warm winter cocktails
and other festive drinks – all reasonably
priced off course!
With comfy seating, ambient lighting and
toasty heating, it is the perfect place to
escape the chill and get up to some ‘off piste’
shenanigans.
