OUR WESLEY HERITAGE TRAIL ITINERARY:
DAY 1 – BOSTON~POSSIBLE INTERMEDIATE CITY~LONDON: Depart Boston’s Logan International Airport aboard our transatlantic flight
to London with full meal and beverage service, as well as stereo headsets, while in flight.
DAY 2 – LONDON: Upon arrival in London, we will meet our Tour Guide, who will help us transfer. We’ll board our private motorcoach for the
drive into London, where we will take on a half-day guided panoramic tour of many of the city’s most prominent landmarks. Then we’ll check
into the Hotel Ibis London Earls Court (or similar). Afterward, we will enjoy an in-depth guided tour of London with a focus on John and Charles
Wesley. We will see Charterhouse, where John Wesley went to school. Next, we will see Wesley’s house and the Chapel on City Road, with
the tomb of John Wesley. Also included is the Integral Museum of Methodism, which tells the story of the evolution of the Methodist
movement. We also travel to Aldersgate Street to see the “Aldersgate Flame” memorial, commemorating the place where Wesley experienced
his conversion in May 1738. Return to our hotel for dinner and overnight. (B, D)
DAY 3 – LONDON~LINCOLN~EPWORTH~LEICESTER: After breakfast and hotel check-out, we will depart for Lincoln, where we will visit
the Norman Cathedral, Wren Library, and see the Lincoln Imp. After lunch (on our own), we continue on to Epworth for a half-day guided visit
of the Charles Wesley birthplace. From here, we continue on Leicester where we will check into Sky Plaza Hotel (or similar) for dinner and
overnight. (B, D)
DAY 4 – LEICESTER~STRATFORD~OXFORD: After breakfast and hotel check-out, we will visit the boyhood home of Francis Asbury. From
here, we will continue on to Stratford Upon-Avon, where we visit the Memorial Theater, Shakespeare’s birthplace, and Anne Hathaway’s
Cottage. We will then depart to Oxford and visit the world famous university. We will check into Mercure Eastgate Hotel Oxford (or similar) for
dinner and overnight. (B, D)
DAY 5 – OXFORD~GLOUCESTER~BRISTOL: After breakfast and hotel check-out, we will depart for a guided visit of Lincoln College and
Church College, where John Wesley graduated in 1724. Afterwards, we will continue on to Gloucester to visit the magnificent cathedral. Next we
head to Bristol where we check into the hotel Novatel Bristol Centre (or similar). After some time at leisure to explore our new surroundings, we
will return to our hotel for dinner and overnight. (B, D)
DAY 6 – BRISTOL~LONDON: After breakfast and hotel check-out, we will enjoy a visit to Bristol. Our tour will include Wesley’s New Room,
the oldest Methodist Chapel in the world, as well as the Charles Wesley Home. From here we will continue on to Salisbury, visiting its unique
cathedral, before heading to London. Upon arrival we will check into Hotel Ibis London Earls Court (or similar) for dinner and overnight. (B, D)
DAY 7 – LONDON: After breakfast, we will enjoy a full day of leisure in London to explore the city on our own, do some shopping and
browsing or enjoy some independent sightseeing. Freshen up at the hotel prior to our farewell dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight. (B, D)
DAY 8 – LONDON~POSSIBLE INTERMEDIATE STOP~BOSTON: After breakfast and hotel check-out, we will transfer to the airport in
London to board our return flight to Boston with full meal and beverage service, as well as stereo headsets, while in flight. (B)
OUR WESLEY HERITAGE TRAIL TOUR INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

✯ Special meet-and-greet service and assistance at Logan Airport the evening of our departure by a Durgan Travel Service
Representative.
✯ Round-trip regularly scheduled flights from Boston-Possible Intermediate City-London and return with full meal and beverage service,
as well as stereo headsets, while in flight.
✯ All transfers and sightseeing aboard a private, deluxe, temperature-controlled motorcoach with expert driver.
✯ Porterage of luggage at the hotels.

A $TBA DEPOSIT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT OF FLYER. THE BALANCE IS DUE 75 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE.
TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE: All persons traveling with Durgan Travel Service are offered Travel Protection Insurance through
Trip Mate (1-800-888-7292), and are required to accept or decline said offer on their reservation form. Please call Trip Mate if you have
questions about your insurance or your eligibility. The plan covers trip cancellation or pre- or post-trip interruption, and tour operator/cruise
line/airline bankruptcy up to the cost of the trip and travel delay up to $750 (max. $150 per day). Emergency evacuation is covered up to
$50,000. Accident or Sickness Medical Expense is covered up to $25,000. Lost or stolen baggage/personal effects are covered up to $2500.
Baggage delay (24-hours or more) up to $250 reimbursement, and death or dismemberment benefit $25,000 max.. This plan is underwritten

TRIP DEVIATIONS: Any request for tour deviation will be subject to availability at the time of booking. The maximum extension permitted is 10
- 14 days, depending on the airline. A deviation form, along with the surcharge fee of $150 to change the air (additional $100 for land
arrangements), must be submitted at the time of initial payment, but will be accepted up to 120 days prior to departure. After processing the
request, any additional deviation expenses (car rental, train, hotel, etc.) must be paid, in full, to the Retail Department of Durgan Travel Service

RESPONSIBILITY: Durgan Travel Service and their agents, in accepting bookings for this tour, clearly stipulate that they are not liable for
faults or defaults of other companies and persons that may be used in the carrying-out of the tour services, also for accidents, baggage losses,
delays, or cancellations, strikes, political unrest, riots, and acts of God and war, and changes in schedules. In the event it becomes necessary
or advisable, for the comfort or well-being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such
alterations may be made without penalty to the operator. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers. The right is reserved
to withdraw the tour due to insufficient participation or for any reason whatsoever; also to decline to accept or to retain any person as members
of the tour. The airlines and bus lines concerned are not to be held responsible for any acts, omissions, or events during the time the
passengers are not onboard. The pass contract in use by the airlines or bus companies concerned constitutes the sole contract between the
company and purchase of this tour and/or passengers. The issuance and acceptance of receipt tickets and/or tour membership coupons,
along with making the initial deposit, shall be deemed to be consent to and acceptance of the foregoing terms and conditions.
