The Great Rebellion
See Kenilworth’s Civil War history brought alive as
Europe’s largest re-enactment society, the Sealed
Knot, sets up camp within the castle walls.
Throughout the day, visit the living history
encampments to experience the sights and smells of
Civil War England. Watch as Roundheads and
Cavaliers clash in pitched battle and gasp as the
walls of Kenilworth Castle are besieged. Consult the
Surgeon to hear how he treats battle wounds and
enjoy music from the period with the Bagshotte
Players.

is given. For those who have some photography
experience this is a chance to practice your skills and
learn some new techniques.

as families will be working together and can provide
