The participant that most closely matches the Rally Masters time will win $5000! This event is open to any car owner
with a 4 Day Festival Pass and will be offered Saturday (9/26) ONLY. (Due to unforeseen Road Construction over Red
Mountain Pass, the Million Dollar Highway Road Rally will NOT be offered Friday, 9/25 as previously scheduled). The
winner will be announced Sunday (9/27) at the Morning Revv event at the Peaks Resort, 8a-9a.
Check in at the designated "Rally' desk at the Peaks to Register and "punch" your Rally time card.
Terms & Conditions: In consideration of the right to participate in the 2015 Telluride Festival of Cars & Colors Million
Dollar Highway Road Rally, the vehicle owner (s)/participant(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless RASR Productions,
LLC dba Telluride Festival of Cars & Colors (the Festival), the Town of Telluride, Telluride Mountain Village, Telluride
Mountain Village Owners Association, Telluride Ski & Golf, San Miguel County, property owners, agents, volunteers and
anyone else connected to the management or presentation of the Telluride Festival of Cars & Colors event from and
against any and all liability of the loss that the owner (s)/ participant(s), guests, friends or family members of such
vehicle owner (s)/participant(s) may sustain or incur as a result of claims, demands or judgments arising from the vehicle
owner (s)/participant(s) involvement in the Telluride Festival of Cars & Colors Million Dollar Highway Road Rally. Vehicle
owners and drivers also certify that each vehicle registered is properly licensed and insured to meet legal requirements
of liability. By registering to participate, and participating in, the Million Dollar Highway Road Rally, the owner agrees to
abide by the Festival's determination of the prize winner. Not open to any Festival staff member, volunteer, anyone
associated with the Festival or their family.

vehicle for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes. Including but not limited to any internet media (Face Book,
Twitter, Instagram, Telluride Festival of Cars & Colors website ect.), newspaper, magazines, radio, video and television.
This release applies to before, during and after the event and any activities connected with the event.
