From the North
Follow I-35E south to I-94 west. Go to the Marion St. exit,
turn left. Follow Kellogg Boulevard to Smith Avenue, turn
right. Go three blocks. The entrance to the Red Parking
Ramp is off of Smith Avenue, on the right.
From the West
Traveling east on I-94, take the exit at Marion Street and turn
right. Follow Kellogg Boulevard to Smith Avenue, turn right.
Go three blocks. The entrance to the Red Parking Ramp is
off of Smith Avenue, on the right.
From the South via I-35E
Follow I-35E north and exit at Grand Avenue, turn right.
Go less than one block to the Red Ramp entrance, on the
left. The Red Ramp entrance is also accessible off of Smith
Avenue. From Grand Avenue, turn left on Smith Avenue,
Red Ramp entrance is on the left.
From the South via Hwy 61

Proceed north on Hwy 61 to Warner/Shepard Road. Follow
Shepard Road to Eagle Parkway/Chestnut Street. Take
Eagle Parkway/Chestnut to Smith Avenue, turn left. Go
three blocks. The entrance to the Red Ramp is off of
Smith Avenue, on the right.
From the East
Traveling west on I-94, take the exit at Marion Street and
turn left. Follow Kellogg Boulevard to Smith Avenue, turn
right. Go three blocks. The entrance to the Red Ramp is
off of Smith Avenue, on the right.
Directions from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport:
Exit airport by following signs to St. Paul (Hwy. 5). Proceed
east on Hwy. 5 across Mississippi River and into St. Paul.
Hwy. 5 becomes Fort Road. Proceed on Fort Road to Grand
Avenue. Turn left on Grand Avenue. Proceed on Grand
Avenue for two blocks. The entrance to the Red Ramp is
on the right.

Parking ramps
The Red Ramp is the main parking ramp at the Children’s St. Paul campus, located near the corner
of Smith Avenue and Grand Avenue.

Smith Avenue
The Green Ramp is closest to the Ritchie Medical Plaza. When going south on Smith Avenue, the
entrance to the Green Ramp is on the left, across the street from Children’s St. Paul hospital.
The Blue Ramp is closest to the Fort Road Medical Building. When going South on Smith Avenue,
the entrance to the Blue Ramp is on the left on Sherman Street.

Valet parking
Available for patients and visitors every day from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. at Children’s emergency
entrance. Valet parking rates are $3 for the first hour, $1 for each additional hour up to a
maximum of $11. Valet parking is free for persons with disabilities. A state permit is required for
free valet parking.
