Legal and Binding Agreement
Before you begin reading this Fundraiser 1.0 Instructions, you are agreeing to
our terms and agreements. Buyer purchased the Fundraiser 1.0 to raise funding
for “his” or “her” endeavors with our methods and techniques. The term “can” is
based on how well you executed our techniques. Results will vary depending on
your individual efforts. Bedzzz Inn Retail has confirmed your payment, and has
your confirmed contact information and place of residence for litigation if any of
our ideas, methods, and techniques are not kept confidential without our consent.
Any verbal and written communication should be at all times kept confidential. If
Bedzzz Inn Retail has to proceed with court proceedings, the buyer pays for all
court cost. If any techniques and methods are used without Bedzzz Inn Retail’s
expressed consent, court proceedings will be filed in the state of the buyer. Our
Fundraiser 1.0 Program does not come with any warranties, guarantees, and is
AS-IS if buyer continues with the program. Bedzzz Inn Retail is showing you our
technique, so that you could raise funding too.

Thank you, for taking the time to read Fundraiser 1.0 instructions. We
have created this program because so many people are having trouble raising
capital for what they are trying to achieve. Fundraiser 1.0 is a 50-Push Program.
A 50-Push Program helps business people raise money without selling any
equity in their businesses. A 50-Push Program is a network of 50 or more people
funding your business without asking you to achieve a certain level of return.
Everyone in the program return on investment is based on Fundraiser 1.0 helping
him or her achieve a certain level of funding in his or her 50-Push Program
Network. For example, you signed up for Fundraiser 1.0 Life Time Membership.
When you purchase Web Kilobytes, you are funding a 50-Push Program Affiliate.
Fundraiser 1.0 is using its server space to help 50-Push Members raise money
for their businesses based on Kilobytes of space. Trading space for capital is
legal as long as the product can be used. Bedzzz Inn, Inc has been doing this for
a long time; therefore, a Fund Raiser can use his or her account to build web
content on server to attract more members into the program or use it to sell
product or services to other members.
How to Start a 50-Push Program Network
Use Fundraiser 1.0 tools, and post advertisements like the one you seen
online. Once you achieved 50 50-Push Members, you just sit back, and buy more
web kilobytes to raise more money for your business. Statistically, Yahoo’s
Search Marketing estimates 147,211 clicks on links searching for home based
businesses each day. Business opportunity clicks were 125,597 each day.
People either want what others want, or they want to raise funding for projects

How Fundraiser 1.0 Works
Since you signed up for Fundraiser 1.0, you are an Affiliate now. All you
need to do is market the program. Remember, all you need is 50 people in your
network. Some members are going to be more aggressive than others depending
on how much they are trying to raise which benefits the seller of the 50-Push
Program Network. He or she will sell more web kilobytes for capital to fund his or
her business.
Affilates Setup:
A new partner enters the program from Fundraiser 1.0 affiliate marketing link
Pitch Page. Affiliate marketing is a method of promoting web businesses
(merchants/advertisers) in which an affiliate (publisher) is rewarded for every
visitor, subscriber, customer, and/or sale provided through his/her efforts

To begin raising capital through our affiliate program, you will need to setup
your E-Junkies Affiliate link similar to the sample above and paste it into your
marketing campaign like classifieds, forums, and email blast from Fundraiser 1.0
Back Office. We have more than 50 places you can advertise and market this
program with helpful tips and customer service. Whenever someone buys
Fundraiser 1.0, you will be credited the affiliate fee amount specified. Merchants
are required to pay affiliate dues at least once a month (E-Junkie). However,
Fundraiser 1.0 wires you money through MoneyBookers.com or AlertPay.com or
sends you a check 1 – 5 banking business days in the program each week.
Once you have a new 50-Push Member start Fundraiser 1.0, you will get the
following to help you raise funding for your projects:
1. Pay Fees: ($2 Per Payout) For Each Purchase of Fundraiser 1.0. This
will help you upgrade in the levels of funding.
2. 50-Push Network Funding: (Up to $37,500 Per Payout Funding) for life
from your Fundraiser 1.0 developed 50-Push Network. Each of your

members, including yourself, will choose how much you want to receive
every time your Partner increases his or her Ownership up to 75%
payouts. A partner only funds one Fund Raiser in his or her network from
the revenues of his or her network sales. If the partner buys more than the
owner owns, the owner receives interest payouts based on the level of
ownership from Fundraiser 1.0 server kilobytes.
3. Each time a Partner upgrades his or her Ownership, he or she will
receive an Ownership Certificate of Kilobytes purchased on
Fundraiser 1.0 server. All web space is useable and recorded for
Government Auditing.
4. All funding is sent to you within 1 – 5 banking business days through
MoneyBrokers.com or AlertPay or a check.
5. Fundraiser 1.0 records and manages all of your partner sales and
upgrades.
Instructions to get started:
1. Select how much profit you want to receive every time someone in your
Fundraiser 1.0 50-Push Network upgrades in a different level of
ownership from 10% to 75%. If you decide to upgrade to 75% early, you
will get higher profit payouts in your network. Keep in mind, everyone
entering into this program will be doing the same methods and
upgrading.
2. After each payout week of purchased kilobytes in your Network,
Fundraiser 1.0 will send you a transaction summary of where your
members are, so that you can manage and strategize where you need to
upgrade to receive more funding.
3. Raise 5 times as much in revenues as you profit from your partners, and
then upgrade in the next level. As you move up, your Funding Sources
will follow you or pass you helping you raise funds at a higher rate.

4. After you have achieved 75% on Phase I or level 10 on any other
phases, your ownership certificate will have a new access code to the
next phase to start raising higher funds. Caution! Do not upgrade higher
unless you are comfortable with the amount of funding you raised.
5. Every time you upgrade from one phase to the next, you will receive 75%
from your Fundraiser 1.0 Network previous phase. Furthermore, you can
continue to marketing and promoting your Affiliate Link to increase your
sales of profit.

Fundraiser 1.0 Program Use!
Use the Web Kilobytes of space for your 50-Push Network and build
content. We have setup Fundraiser 1.0 with web tools like blogging, classifieds to
promote other products to other 50-Push Members. You are able to create
content on anything you choose on Fundraiser 1.0 server excluding adult and
gambling content. Therefore, you can use Fundraiser 1.0 other than raise funding
for your projects too. Good News! Use these tools to attract more partners. When
you create content, Google, Yahoo, and other search engines will list your
information, so that people can find your pages on Fundraiser 1.0. Once a viewer
sees your content, they will see Fundraiser 1.0; therefore, you will get credit for a
new partnership helping you raise more funding.
The Web Kilobytes you own is your property. Once someone buys more than
you own, you are receiving interest payments on your property from your 50Push Network based on the upgrade level you are on. If you upgrade the level of
terms of your payouts, your interest payments will increase to help you raise
more money quicker.
Scenario:
Jimmie buys at Level 6 for $100 at a 35% Payout. Sara buys at level 3 for $25.
Jimmie has made $8.75. Over the course of a month, Sara upgrades her partner
ownership that adds up to $495 to increase her payout percent. Jimmie makes
$173.25 in interest payouts. A 173% return on his investment on Level 6. If
Jimmie has 50 Partners to do this in a month in his network, he would have
raised up to $9,100 in interest payouts from an investment of $100.

If Jimmie owned 100 Kilobytes for 75% payouts, he would have raised
$19,500 in interest payouts from the same network partners that bought
kilobytes of useable web space. As his partner’s upgrades their
ownership, Jimmie’s Web Kilobytes increases in value; therefore, giving

him higher and more interest payouts.

Good news! Jimmie can upgrade his ownership, and make this off his next
50 people. If he chooses or upgrade at a higher level to move ahead of his
network to raise more funding, his interest payouts could take him $37,500
per payout.

Plus, Jimmie will make more as his referred members upgrade through
Phase II, Phase III, and Phase IV Scales of Kilobytes Ownership for
useable web space.

In a year, Jimmie could raise up to $170,000 or more in Residual Income
for his business or personal income based on the progression of his
Partners buying more Web Space to increase their payouts.
Steps to get you started
1. Signup for Fundraiser 1.0™ Account at
http://bedzzzinn.com/fundraiser1.0/. After your purchase, you will get a
registration code from E-Junkie. Click on Fund Raiser Login at the top
right corner of the site. Click to create your account.
2. Check your email for your Registration Code.
3. Once your account is created and you are logged in, you will be redirected
to Fundraiser 1.0™ front page where you will find links.
4. Click on the Phase I link to select a level, and select the amount you are
comfortable with receiving per sale starting at $5 up to $200 from your
network once they start the program. Remember, your purchase amount
reflects your percent for every sale of kilobytes of web space you can blog
or build content on (The use of web space on Fundraiser 1.0 server is not

mandatory, but it helps Fund Raisers attract more partners into the
program from Google and Yahoo search engines.
In order for this program to work efficiently, you
must choose a level you can afford to raise. Even if
you start at the lower level, you will raise money
from Fundraiser 1.0.
5. You will be sent a Kilobyte Ownership Certificate for that level for every
purchase. Please file these certificates away.
6. You get paid $2 for each affiliate sale from Fundraiser 1.0, and whatever
percentage you selected to profit from in the phases.
7. Plus, you can advertise, upload pics and files, blog, advertise product to
other members, and create a mini-site of other products that you sell on
your account for people to read and view publicly on your purchased Web
Space. The more content you have, more visitors you will get; therefore,
more referrals clicking from your page to the front page. All referrals are
recorded by your referring account with Fundraiser 1.0™.
Important Customer Information:
In order to move to the Phase II, you will need to purchase at 75% of each scale;
this is for all forwarding phases. You will be granted permission to access each
level once you are at 75% (The Username and Password will be in your
certificate. Do not buy into these levels until you have made enough to feel
comfortable with moving to other phases. However, if your referrals start moving
up faster than what you own in kilobytes, you could lose a greater return. Do not
miss out making more money if your referrals move to the next levels and/or
phases faster.

Fundraiser 1.0™ Rules:
I. If you are on Phase I, you will get 100% of your payout percent for that phase.
However, if you have a referral that moves over to the Phase II, you will receive a
payout at the phase level you reside times 25% on the Phase II, 50% on the
Phase III and 75% on Phase IV. In order for you to make 100% of payout levels,
you must be on that phase or greater.
Example: Jimmie is on the Phase I and Sara is now on the Phase II. Jimmie
makes 35% of all the purchased Kilobytes that Sara makes. Sara buys $800 in
kilobytes to increase her returns. Because Jimmie is on the Phase II he would
have to calculate his payout $800 X 35% = $280. Because Jimmie is not working
on the Phase II, he would have to calculate $280 X 25% = $70. Jimmie made
$70. The sooner Jimmie moves to Phase II at 75%, the larger his return will be.
II. Bedzzz Inn, Inc has all rights to protect its members. We recommend
respecting all members of Fundraiser 1.0™ Network. If you are found violating
any rules and agreements in Fundraiser 1.0™, we will attempt to warn you of the
issue. If there is no response by the date we set out, we will suspend your
account for further investigation. We want to make this community fun, and help
members exceed their funding goals.

refund your money back 100%
after 90 days.
IV. *Members do not raise money from other member's partners. This is not a
pyramid scheme or MLM. We do not support pyramid schemes or any type of

V. If a partner pulls out of a level asking for a refund, we reward a refund 90 days
after the purchase. If you are a referral of the person refunding, we will deduct
this amount from future payouts.
