• We make all the arrangements for food, snacks, beverages and dessert.
• We will decorate and set up the room.

• AGS Party Staff serves, cleans and manages your party for you.

We can provide beer (Domestic $3.50, Import $4.00) and 10% off all wine for your guest.
Open Bar : We will serve your guests and run a separate bar tab payable after the party.
Drink Tickets: You provide each adult guest with 1 or 2 free drink tickets
Cash Bar: Your guest can purchase drinks on their own at the discounted rate.

• Single Field Rental 3 hours

We offer a few very affordable add ons:

A food & beverage estimate will be provided separate from your
package selection. We require a small REFUNDABLE deposit to hold
the date of $100, If you change your mind within 5 days we will give
you a full refund.
Your guest of honor receives a FREE AGS soccer shirt.
THE DAY OF YOUR PARTY
• IMPORTANT Please be at AGS 45 minutes prior to the start of your party. Park in front on the curb and we will help
you unload and bring your belongings into our party staging area.
• Your guests will be greeted and brought back to the party room for refreshments.
• Your game referee will get the children started on the field.
• Parents can enjoy refreshments in the party room or the bar area
• Lunch Time: After the first hour on the field, lunch will be served.
• Happy Birthday: Prior to getting back on the field for the final hour of soccer, the birthday cake will be served
as we sing “Happy Birthday” to the guest of honor.
• During the final hour on the field, we will begin to transition your party out of the party room NO LATER THAN
20 MINUTES BEFORE THE HOUR
• All guests will be invite to relax in our Stadium Lounge” located behind the goal in the rear area of the arena.
• All the gifts, cards and personal items will be placed on our party cart and moved into our secure staging area.
• As the party comes to a close, we will bring your party cart to the front of the building to load in your car.
• Your invoice will need to be paid in full at this time.
