S ummer R eading P rogram G uidelines • Registration for the Summer Reading Program begins as soon as we visit your child’s school or June 1st at the library. You will receive your reading record slip and a free book just for registering. • Read on your own or have someone read to you. • Each reading record slip has 11 activities to choose from. You must complete 8 activities and 6 must be reading. Have a parent initial after each activity is completed. • When all 8 activities are completed bring your reading record slip into the library to receive either a free book or a coupon to a local business and a new reading record slip. • Participants who complete all 6 slips will be entered into the grand prize drawing and invited to the party on August 6th. • The program ends July 31st. All cards must be turned in by July 31st to receive a prize and to enter into the grand prize drawing.
