Insert Weight cone Position of the ¼ inch screw on the cheese plate one or more additional weights to the top funnel or the base cap, and tighten them (Fig. 1). Top funnel Tip You can insert the small weight ring to either the top funnel or the base cap. In cases where you do not require additional weight in the top funnel, you can leave the weight cone screw in the box. The hat-shaped set screw and the rubber washer need to be inserted every time.
