Set-up and Clean up time of events:
Catering Policies & Procedures
Our catering guide is designed to provide the information you
need when planning your event or meeting. Below are some
guidelines to ensure that we are able to provide the best possible
service. We look forward to serving you!
Catering Guidelines
All catering requests must be made five (5) business days in
advance of your event. Your catering confirmation will detail menu
items and service times requested, and will be returned to you for
review.
Set up time will be 30minutes prior to the start time of your event (hot food may be set up closer
to the start time of the event to ensure quality and temperature) Clean up of food will be 2hours
from the start time of your meal.
Event Planning:
If at any time you desire assistance in planning your event please do not hesitate to contact us.
We are more than happy to arrange a time to speak about details and special menus if so
desired.

Guaranteed Number
The guaranteed number of people attending must be submitted
minimum of (3) working days prior to your event. Billing is based
on the guaranteed number or the actual attendance, whichever
the greater. Late notice is subject to an additional 10% charge.
Price standards:
Orders falling below our minimum 15 person requirement unless
otherwise stated will be charged at the 15 person rate. Orders
falling below the 15 minimum person requirement or $ value will
be done on a pick up only basis. Off Campus events will be
charged a $100.00 delivery and return fee.
If a Larger Vehicle is required for off campus events the standard
Rental Fee will apply.

Dietary Requirements We are experienced in meeting the needs of those with specific dietary
needs, including vegetarian and vegan options, food allergies or special diets. Please let us know
your requirements and we will provide special items for these guests.

Hours of Operation:
Catering is available Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 7pm Sunday and Holiday
Catering will be done on a special request basis and must meet the 15 person or $100.00
minimum requirement. Please check with the catering department if your event does not fall
within these time frames for availability of staff.
