Win Phillies Tickets!
Want to see a Phillies game? Like Radwyn’s
Facebook page by August 10th and you’ll be
entered to win 4 tickets to see the Phillies
play the Colorado Rockies. You’ll also get a
parking pass! We’ve got a set for August 19th
and another for August 20th.
Don’t use Facebook? Stop by the office to
enter. We’ll announce the lucky winners soon!
A Note from your Letter Carrier
You can help your mail reach its proper
destination!
How? Give senders your apartment number
along with your street address.
An apartment number makes it much easier
for letter carriers to get mail to its intended
recipient!

Trash Valet Program
We’re ready to declare our trash valet program a success! Why? We’ve increased the amount
of stuff we recycle each week. That means less stuff going into landfills and a big reduction
to our carbon footprint. And we’re still improving the service! In place of Radywn’s
dumpsters, you’ll soon find bike racks.
Thank you for putting out your cans for the valet service. You’ve made the program a big
success!
We hope you’ve enjoyed swimming in Radwyn’s pool this summer. It will remain open
through September 8th. The water is warm and inviting, so come on down if you haven’t
already. Thank you for following the pool rules.
Labor Day arrives early this year: September 2nd. Our office will be closed in observance of
the holiday. Be safe, and enjoy the day!
Got stuff you’d like to sell around your apartment? Radwyn hosts its Annual Yard Sale on
Saturday, September 21st. We’ll advertise the event in advance!
It may be hard to believe, but it’s almost time for the new school year to begin.
The Bryn Mawr Avenue side of the community will soon have a covered bus stop to help
keep you dry on rainy days.
Have you seen Radwyn’s dog park? It’s a double-gated, fenced-in area where your dog can
run off the leash. You can use it anytime, day or night. We’ve left a few tennis balls in the
park so you can play catch with your dogs. Feel free to leave toys for other dogs to enjoy.
Coming soon: a new dog station!
