The grant of one time cash award prior to issue of this policy will be given as per policy
No.20128/85-4D-III dated 5.10.2007, dated 19.4.2010 & dated 24.4.2012.

All other conditions
as contained in office Memo No. 20l28i85-4D-III dated 5.10.2007
