New: Telling Time like an American
Telling time is pretty easy in English, because you simply say:
It is + the hour + the minutes:
Ex: 1:10 = It is one ten.
This is always an acceptable way to tell the time. There are some alternative ways to tell
the time and sound like an American as well:

If you want to make friends in the United States, it is very simple! Introduce yourself!
Americans are typically very friendly and like to meet new people. Many Americans are
learning Spanish and want to meet friends from Latin America so they can practice.
If there is a place that you go frequently, try to introduce yourself. Say:
“Hi, my name is _______. What is your name? I learn English. Can we practice?”

correctamente.
