GROUP BOOKINGS IN A GENERAL SESSION
We offer groups of 20 or more people discounted tickets for booking in
advance. These groups usually include fundraisers, film clubs, groups of
friends and social activities. If you are happy to share the cinema with other
customers, then we simply book your group into a general session and you
receive the discounted ticket price. If you have a large group that is likely to
fill one of our cinemas, which vary from 38 – 270 seats, you are also able to
arrange a private screening.

Private hire of in-season content requires fourteen days’ notice by Classic
Cinema. The following costs apply with groups required to meet the
minimum guarantee when hiring any cinema:
If you wish to hire a cinema to screen your own content, the following costs
apply. These are generally used for media screenings, distributor screenings
and screening private material. There is a two-hour maximum. If two hours of
hire is exceeded, you are required to pay for a further two hour block of hire.

Due to the nature of out-of-season programming, these costs are subject
to change due to a range of factors relative to distributor requests, and
