July 2014 -­‐ Clean Insulating Technologies – Gramitherm® Completes a CHF 400k Capital Raise. Clean Insulating Technologies – Gramitherm® announced the completion of a financing round of CHF 400k. Clean Insulating Technologies manufactures and distributes the Gramitherm®, which is a unique Swiss technology allowing to produce insulating boards made with natural grass “silage”. These products can be used for new buildings as well as for renovations. Gramitherm® offers excellent protection against cold. Thanks to its high specific heat capacity, it also offers very efficient protection against heat. Furthermore, it effectively absorbs sound over a wide range of frequency. Harmless additives secure protection against fire and fungi. Gramitherm® is compressible and ideal for roof application between rafters. It is easy to cut (with a simple cutter) to the requested dimensions on site, and it can be handled fast and easy.
